Dogs
In contrast to cats, dogs tend to be much more affectionate, loyal, and friendly on one hand and much more needy, lonely and dependent on the other.
We’re probably all familiar with the bounding hound leaping up on us as we enter, ecstatic to see us again or, in some cases, meet us for the first time. Here’s one welcoming a returning soldier.
Dogs love to give and receive affection and they feel alive when someone decides to scratch their back or neck. Absence from their beloved masters makes dogs very sad and lonely.

Women
Just like cats, women usually take time to warm up to a man. Showing too much eagerness will send them fleeing, just like Penelope the cat fled from Pepe Le Pew.
If you can’t get the cat you gotta out-cat the cat. Remaining aloof will be much more effective. Now aloofness, and avoiding fawning over them, in and of itself, will not be enough but it is an important component of removing antigame and becoming more attractive to women.
Additionally, like cats, women love to have fun and many can be entertained by seemingly silly analogs to the moving spot of light. And they love to chase the elusive prize. Negs, teasing, substanceless banter, and cocky humor can miraculously transform a “this guy is a bore” into an “I want to get to know him more.” Long term, there has to be substance there consistent with his confident charm, but in the short term it is amazing to do experiments and act one way around a woman and then another and see the difference in her response.
Men who are NOT naturals would be well-advised to treat women a little bit more like cats and they’ll likely find more pussy sliding into their lap.
Edit: I should add that when women really fall in love, however, they start acting very much like dogs themselves. If they have “chosen” unwisely, like in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and as they often hypergamously do, this will bring about massive emotional grief, just like the dog who is deprived of its master.
Betas
Beta males are so much like dogs. They are affectionate, nice, needy, get over-excited when they see a woman they like. They lavish women with praise and adoration. Left alone or rejected, betas take it personally and feel devastated. Of course, just like dogs, some betas are bad and sneak into the cat treats from time to time.
Balance is important. I’m not sure what the best beta/alpha mix is but let’s just say for argument that for long term it’s 60/40 or something…enough dominance and attractive traits mixed with enough nurturing and caring traits. I’d imagine that the natural beta/alpha mix of most betas is about 80/20, not ideal but at least they have some alpha in them. But femcentric society had pushed men too far to the beta side of the spectrum, resulting in too many men being more like 95/5.
Because of this big sway the wrong way, men need to take the red pill, they need to learn game, they need to set boundaries around what is acceptable treatment. Even just getting back to the 80/20 would be a big improvement. And most naturally-80/20 betas are never going to become outright alphas with a 30/70 ratio, nor should they try to because it’s just not in their DNA. However, they can bring out their best selves and get back to their natural state that has some alpha in it and remove some of the excessively feminized pushover pansy beliefs, and they can probably even move the dial a bit further, say to 70/30, where they’ll start to stand out from their peers and in-their-league women will start to take more notice.
Since most men are betas, the advice for women is to think of them as dogs that love affection. Throw out all that advice to be aloof and distant and bitchy. That is about the worst thing you could do if you want to get a good guy. Of course, if the beta is out of your league then this probably won’t win him over but for a beta male that is within your league, acting like a cat will just depress him. As an aside, most of the advice for women out there often seems geared to getting alphas or out-of-their-league betas, not in-their-league betas (or alphas). Perhaps acting aloof towards the out-of-their-league man will intrigue him a bit to want to pursue the sassy pussy between her legs…but that’s about all it’s going to amount to…a high-excitement–and big-let-down–pump and dump.
Alphas
As I said above, gotta out-cat the cat, and that’s what alphas naturally do. Beta males would do well to find a few alphas and emulate a few of their things that seem like most natural fits, or that are already parts of their personality but that have been repressed due to fear or femcentric conditioning.
Notice how many alphas naturally don’t pursue women in the fawning ways of their beta brethren. Rather, like the pussy-whisperers they are, they sit back, let them come to them (even if just emotionally and the alpha still has to approach her once she gives him an IOI).
And just as there are bad betas, there are angelic alphas.
It should also be noted that real alphas (as opposed to fakes and posers) usually have actual substance that attracts women and so men should work on improving themselves (inner game, outer game, hobbies, career, conversation skills, humor, etc.) until they’re naturally more attractive to, and well…natural around…women.
Ending Advice
Betas should ask themselves every so often if they’re acting too much like a dog. More often than not they should add a little more tomcat to their game.
Women should act more like affectionate dogs (but not bitches!) as long as they’re dealing with a man of good character that’s in their league.
Alphas could probably stand to use a little bit of the conventional advice to men. After all, it is geared to such unattainable and indominable tomcats. They should add a bit more affectionate dog to their game, especially if they’re looking for long term bliss.
